How to Clean Industrial Brushes?

The cleaning of industrial brushes should be handled with care, as improper chemical cleaning agents or incorrect methods may cause damage and even render the brush unusable.
Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use a dedicated industrial brush cleaner or other mild, non-aggressive detergents. When using an industrial brush cleaning agent, apply a small amount to the damp brush and gently rub it, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. At the same time, the following rules and methods should be observed:
Do not clean the brush against the direction of the bristles.
After cleaning, gently press the brush to remove excess water. A dry cotton cloth may be used. Do not apply excessive force or twist the bristles, as this may damage them, loosen the structure, and cause bristle shedding.
After washing, hang the industrial brush with the bristles facing downward and allow it to air-dry naturally. Do not expose it to direct sunlight, as sun drying may damage the brush material.
Use a comb to gently straighten the bristles of the industrial brush. It is recommended to choose a comb with wider tooth spacing.
