The first step: Cut the material;
According to the customer's requirements, select the matching wool. Put it into the automatic cutting machine and cut the bristles strictly according to the customer's bristle diameter. The bristle diameter must be strictly controlled within the tolerance range; otherwise, the bristles of the filter pool brushes produced will have inconsistent lengths. Generally, using automated machines to cut wool and filaments can not only greatly improve efficiency but also precisely control the tolerance within the specified range.
Step 2: Machine adjustment (feeding materials, material operation, brush shaping);
All regular brush manufacturers have adopted fully automatic production equipment. When feeding materials and the materials are in operation, they run at high speed, and the machine is adjusted for testing. After the finished products fully meet the customer's requirements, mass production is carried out according to the order quantity.
Place the filament properly, then insert the stainless steel frame into the straightening machine. According to the filament spacing required by the customer, automatically twist the filament into the stainless steel frame wire (the filament is naturally distributed radially along the spiral shape with the twisted frame as the center, with uniform density). Cut it off when the self-determined length is reached. The entire process can be completed on the brush-making machine. It takes less than a minute to shape and produce a filter pool brush.
Step 3: Brush formation (According to customer requirements, special treatment is carried out on the head and tail of the filter tank brushes);
In terms of the usage environment and the desired effect, customers will have special requirements for the head and tail treatment of the filter brush.
The head treatment methods of the filter tank brush include: cutting treatment, double-followed wire winding treatment, oval large circle treatment, bending, and the most commonly used single circle treatment method.

Step 4: Strictly inspect the product quality in accordance with the quality standards.
Quality inspection is a very important link. As the saying goes, quality determines the fate of an enterprise. For instance, whether the bristles and skeleton lines are the materials required by the customer, whether the batch color and density of the bristles are normal, whether the total length and diameter of the filter pool brushes produced are within the tolerance range, and whether the tensile strength of the bristles has passed the test, etc.
Step 5: Packaging (Package as per customer requirements)
After the inspection is completed, the goods can be packaged according to the customer's transportation method. During the packaging process, it is also necessary to ensure that the goods have no bending or deformation and do not affect the customer's usage effect.
